TERMS OF USE

Article 1 Definitions
In these Conditions, the words used in the singular and the plural, a letter written with capital letter, have the meanings defined below:

1.1 Conditions of Use: The general conditions of use.
1.2 Process Control: The process by which the Customer uses an interactive website to order products.
1.3 Customer: The party who enters into a contract with Studio Press LLC.
1.4 Contract: Terms of sale and delivery of products defined in the Terms of Use.
1.5 Parties: Studio Press LLC and the Client. 
1.6 Media Studio SARL: The entity that defines and Conditions governing the relationship with the Client.
1.7 Website: The website published by Studio Press Ltd., available under the URL http://www.gayxpert.com.
01.08 Products: the products offered by Studio Press Ltd. on their website, which can be ordered by customers. 

Article 2 Applications

2.1 The General Conditions shall apply to all contracts, emails, Web Site, Process control products as well as legal documents between the Parties, even if these legal acts do not lead to a Contract.

 
Article 3 Contract Fulfillment

3.1 Products presented on the website with their prices, offers are without obligation, which can be accepted by the Customer once the process is complete the Order made. The fulfillment of the order implies your permission.
3.2 Media Studio can not guarantee that the offer in question has no error or omission. A printing error is possible and this error can never be a reason for refusal of the Contract.
3.3 If the Agreement is not completed or is dissolved, Studio Press LLC agrees to reimburse the sums paid in advance by the Client, and in the shortest possible time, including shipping starting. Reimbursement will be within 30 (thirty) days. 

Article 4 Prices and payment

4.1 Prices are available on the website include VAT and any other government tax. The price does not include shipping. Taxes or additional fees generated by the importation of the product in one country will be borne by the customer.
4.2 Studio Press reserves the right to change its prices at any time. At a price change, they will have no impact on previous contracts will be executed at the price for lequels they were entered.
4.3 Studio Press reserves the right to limit the number of units controlled by the same reference customer in case of promotion or operation of limited stock.
4.4 The amounts payable by the Client can be set in three ways:
a. by credit card (Eurocard, Master Card, Visa Card, credit card, American Express);
b. by bank transfer after you have contacted us by phone or email (IBAN: FR7630066100210001042570165 - BIC: CMCIFRPP;
c. by check or money order payable to Studio Press after you have contacted us by phone or mail. No deliveries will be made prior to receipt of payment. 

Article 5 Delivery

5.1 The delivery times quoted on the Website and / or the email confirmation are for illustrative purposes only.
5.2 Media Studio will do its utmost to ensure that these delivery times are met.
5.3 In the event that Studio Press can deliver the Products Ordered a customer within 30 (thirty) days, the Customer has the right to cancel the contract.
 
Article 6 Right of withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to return the products delivered to Studio Press within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason (therefore without completing the claim form as provided in the section 7.1) provided that:
a. Products are returned in their original packaging, unopened and have not been used;
b. The products are returned at Customer's expense. Undeliverable sufficient postage will not be accepted by Studio Press Ltd;
c. The Client is solely responsible for the delivery method and the risks of sending parcels and risks and liability accepted fact by the Client to receive the package by Studio Press.
6.2 Withdrawal of a dissolution of the contract value and gives the right to a refund of what has already been paid.

Article 7 Claims

7.1 If the Customer believes that the characteristics of the products do not correspond to the Agreement, the Customer should consult Studio Press, whereupon the Customer shall be entitled to return the products to Studio Press provided that:

a. Customer has checked the goods after having received notice and has possible defects in writing to Studio Press within 10 days;

b. Products are returned at Customer's expense. Undeliverable sufficient postage will not be accepted by Studio Press;
7.2 c. The Client is solely responsible for the delivery method and the risks of sending parcels and risks and responsibilities accepted fact by the Client to receive the package by Studio Press.
7.3 If the investigation by Studio Press shows that products conform to the Contract Studio Press will contact the customer to try to reach an amicable agreement.
7.3 If the investigation by Studio Press shows that characteristics of products do not conform to the Contract, the Client shall be entitled to exchange the product, if it is available, and reimbursement of costs incurred for returning products as agreed b of Article 7.1. If no replacement product is not available, the Customer will be entitled to:
a. selecting a product in exchange for the same value as the product that proved to be defective if the selected product is more expensive than the product returned for exchange, the Customer shall pay the price difference. , If the product is less than the returned Product, the Customer will be refunded the difference, as indicated in accordance with the application of Article 3.3;
b. or refund the value of the product is considered cancellation (partial) of the Agreement, in accordance with Article 3.3 of this Agreement. 
7.4 The value of the product mentioned in the previous section corresponds to the price for which the contract had been passed.
7.5 During the period specified in Article 6.1, the Customer may use the law as given to it in this article. However, the process described in this article requires a duly completed claim. 

Article 8 Processing of personal data

8.1 The Customer's personal data is exclusively intended to execute contracts and to inform customers of (new) products and services offered by Studio Press.
8.2 Media Studio will ask the Customer's authorization before sending emails and commercial messages. This application will be in the process of creating and validating the Customer's account on the site.
8.3 The Customer has the right to inspect and modify his personal data and his free newsletter subscriptions at any time in the "My Account" page.

Article 9 Applicable Laws, Complaints and Conflicts

9.1 The laws of France applicable to this Agreement and the resulting contracts.
9.2 In the event of a complaint, contact the Customer Studio Press, contact can be made by telephone, in writing or by electronic means. The contact with the customer can use for this purpose are those that you will find at the top of this Agreement and the General Conditions. Studio Press will reply to this request within thirty (30) days of receipt of the claim.
9.3 The customer may attach if the two parties can not resolve the issue amicably, the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris will be the sole authority to decide. 

Article 10 Other clauses
10.01 Studio Press reserves the right to change all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. After changing these Terms and Conditions, the new clauses will be valid as the former on which the agreement was reached.
10.02 When Studio Press provides information access to its website to place an order, the Customer shall be responsible for the safekeeping of these data and their use. These data are strictly personal and can not be shared with anyone. The Customer will be held responsible for any misuse or fraudulent use of such data.
